CCCC, Grumbacher Thalo Blue, Transparent. PB15 Pathalocyanine Blue, a primary color. In it's mass state it resembles Ultramarine Blue Deep, it is permanent and synthetic. Phathalocyanine blue should be called Phathalocyanine Cyan, blue should be reserved for the secondary color, half magenta and half cyan.
