I use primarily oil, though I can be distracted to others now and then. I paint en plein aire with a group every Sunday. It's getting very cold here now, but the autumn was as magnificient as I have ever seen. I hope to be able to paint the ice on the Hudson River this year.

It has been my experience that artists are generally more tolerant than others. That being said, I hope this board will accept my eccentricities and hang in there for pictures of my paintings. Thanks for the welcomes.

Ha ha,
That doesn't apply to me here in hawaii. Oh, I might need a jacket, but that's just more pockets to carry stuff. I just finished 5 paintings of a heart in the Kaupo mountains. I'm still working on web page for them. |

Hi Nancy,
I had to resize your excellent painting, it was too large. The resolution should be 72 dpi, 144 is to big for the computer. 1984 pixels is too wide, I changed it to 600 pixels wide. The quality should be about 7 of 12. This changed it to 54,758 from 580,167 MB |

Thanks so much. I rarely upload and I don't have the hang of it yet. I was going to put up a few more, but I was painting outside today at a New York winery. Great lines. Very cold though. I 'm hoping to participate in my first paint-out on Jun 4. Very Exciting. I didn't know MY dreams could actually come true.
