I just had to get back to some casein work so I'm attaching them here, the first one is an approx. 6 x 6" piece, an apple on paper mounted to HB. Rich

This next one is a WIP, 8 x 10" on museum board. This is a first session of painting for about an hour+. I'll go back and add the lights later. Rich

Good, leaving some blured edges, good color mixing with the primaries, good leaving some white, it looks like tin foil. The background is still rough but the foreground looks good. Is this homemade casein and dry pigment?
