Hi Don,

Are you painting today? I love your work as I love bright colors.
I have no training and am wondering how to start, I use acrylics.

Ok Sheree, let's get started. Do you have your paints? You only need three transparent colors to start.

Drawing is very important, let's see what you can do.
Draw any fruit, a fork and a dish.
Start small, 7x5, something you can do in one setting. Do it in pencil or charcoal. Scan it, make it 7x5 in 72 dots per inch if you can, and post it here by Browsing your computer and selecting the image.

Hi Don,

Its so lovely for you to offer to help me, but I am at work at the moment and I am not good at scanning and computer things, but my husband can help me when we get home.
My drawing skills are pretty good, I,m just lost on painting. What to do where and when.

Sheree.

Hi ShereeR, Nothing but computer problems today. First you need supplies, did you order any? Let's see a drawing, post it here, or better yet, post it in the Watercolor section.
