Nice going, the foreground tree really comes forward, your background drops back nicely. You might have some of the same dark colors in the foreground, middle ground and background. Add a little more warmth in the forground darks.

This one is also from July 4th weekend, done on July 3 at Pawtuckaway State Park in Nottingham NH - fairly early in the morning before the beach started getting crowded.
Open to comments/critique!

PS - I should mention palette for anyone curious.  Palette colors on this one were Cobalt blue, Hooker's Green, Chromium Oxide Green, Burnt Sienna, Alizarin Crimson, Cad yellow (medium), Naples Yellow dark, and Titanium white.
