Naples Yellow Medium

 This medium pigment is between light and deep, 36RCW#2.05.5

Naples Yellow medium is opaque.
I would have jumped on the Antimony lead Naples yellow if was available back in 1995. Available 2011. What I have is a permanent and opaque composit. I do carry both the light and dark Naples Yellow and depending on the scene which to use is decided.

Different manufactures make different colors. I saw a Naples Yellow in Naples, Italy that was a cream color. The portrait painters that came aboard our aircraft carrier in 1963 to paint from photos loved it.

Don't use Naples yellow in w/c, it get's darker instead of lighter.
