| YES! that is "3 Howling Dogs" down in those rock shadows. As I was painting I saw the dog forms when I had the perfect image shadows combined with sea mist. I was later told when the wind blows a certain way very hard, you can hear them howling. This page is linked to by my Maui Color-in Book series of pages.

This is another earlier version of Kaupo's Aloha Church that I painted on 11-10-89, Painting # 497, this morning painting is in the Kaupo Store on display. I had never entered it on my site before now, 2006.
I had not started the web site until 1990. 16x12 and 10x8 giclees are available at the Kaupo store if your in the area, stop by and say hi.
