PW:1 to PW:32, PW:1=Lead White- can be encapsulated to prevent browning by coating it with a silicone polymer. PW:4=Zinc, PW:6=Titanium, PW:20=Mica, PW:22=Barite Opaque White, PW:24=Aluminium Hydroxide Translucent White

Permalba White oil stays the whitest (my 15 year test), it's soft out of the tube, made with safflower oil.
Any lead white is good, thicker and courser is better, it's the fastest drying oil paint, sulfur will darken it. Cremnitz White is the old name for lead white. Lead is alkaline and forms metallic soaps in fatty acids like plant oils which makes them very durable and elastic in oil paint.
Titanium White is inart and slower drying and has less covering power, it's very finely ground making it more translucent than lead.
Zinc White dries fast but dries brittle. Great on hard supports, the least opaque white.
Magnesium white is the Whitest element.
Ceramic White by Holbein, Strontium Titanate.
Eggshell White, calcium Carbonate, excellent pigment, alkaline, grind your own, poppy oil is least yellowing.
