Hana HillsAcrylic on Panel, 22x30Here are the beautiful Hana hills, these roads are lined with African tulip trees. The green hill on the left has Fagin's Cross on the top of it.
The colors I usually use in the distance are a combination of Thalo Green and Dioxine Purple. They mix together to make the right "distant blue" that tints just right. This is a good example of using split complementary colors. The slightly closer sunlit hill is showing the triad color orange.
